CART PROGRAM REGULATIONS
1. After signing this document, member(s) are responsible for damage to Smoky Hill Country Club's golfcarts.
2. All damaged golf carts will be taken to Copper Carts in Hays, KS for repairs. This is due to the lease program with Copper Carts. After a cart is repaired, the amount will be billed to the member(s)account.
3. Carts may be restricted to cart paths only due to tournaments, outings or weather conditions.
4. All children the age of 16 and under will ride free with a member on the program.
*All rider fees will apply unless rider is also on the cart program*
